1. The Business/Organization designates the following person(s) to have actual and apparent authoriW

3. PeoplesBank may accept the addition, removal or substitution of any authorized person(s) at the
request of the person signing this Resolution, any other authorized person, or on the delive~ of
another Banking Resolution;
4. ~oplesBank shall have the right to accept any transaction bearing the facsimile signature shown
below without regard to the person using the facsimile signature;
5. The Business/Organization, its owners and representatives, and the person signing below, all agree
to indemni~ and hold ~oplesBank harmless for any action taken by PeoplesBank in reliance upon
this Resolution.
6. Any officer. owner, padner or member of the Business/Organization may cedi~ the existence of this
Banking Resolution.
