A RESOLUTION setting out the date, time and
place for a public hearing on Joe Mentor,
Right-of-Way Vacation for March 4, 1987, 6:30
p.m. in the CityCouncil Chambers, City Hall,
Bremerton, WA98310
WHEREAS, Joe Mentor, Bremerton, Washington, has presented a
petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property described as
follows:
Exhibit "A" - attached (legal description)
located at 3320 Kitsap Way between Clare
Motors and Reid Realty.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the issue of
whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OFBREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation requestedby
Joe Mentor for the above-described real property shall be held on Wednes-
day, March 4, 1987, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall,
239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attestedby the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 21st day of January, 1987.

: STREET VACATION
For: Mentor
A strip of land in the SW~x of the NE¼ of Section 15,
Township .PJSN. o., Bangs 1 East, W,M,, which is located
adjacent to,' contiguous and on the southerly side of
the northerly right-of-way line of State Highway sign
route 3 (PSH 21), said right-of-way being as shown on
the plans f~r. said-highway dated June ~, 19a~, said
strip being a portion of the following described tractx
Tract aS, Phinney a} Acre Tracts, as per plat recorded
in Vol. ~' o.f Plats, Page 1, records of Kitsap County,
Wash.~ EXCEPT the west 16~ feet; EXCEPT t~e north 6~
feet and EXCEPT the following described tract: Beginning
at the southeast corner of said Tract 2~-; thence North-
westerly al?ng the southwesterly margin of Cotbet Drive
a distance of 13~ feet; thence southwesterly in a straight
line to a point on the northerly marginal line of Kitsap
Way (PSH 21), said point lying 100 feet westerly from the
southeast corner .of said Tract 22! thence easterly along

the northerly margin of said highway 100 feet to the point
of beginning.
The land'herein vacated contains approximately 3500 square
feet being 20 foot measured at right angles to Kitsap Way
and being 17~ feet parallel with Eits&p Way.
