A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 1979 AND DESIGNATING RESIDENTIAL
PARKING PERMIT ZONE 39 AS A TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE.
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least two-thirds of the
residents of designated Zone #39 has been filed with the City,
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended the time
limitation of Zone #39 be reduced from four hours to two hours;
and
WHEREAS, notices were posted pursuant to BMC 21.08.060 and
no requests for public hearing have been filed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A two-hour parking time limitation is established for
residential parking Zone #39.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
this 4th day of March, 1987.
