A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 1979 AND DESIGNATING RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT
ZONE 16 AS A ONE-HOUR PARKING ZONE.
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least two-thirds of the residents of
designated Zone #16 has been filed with the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended the time limitation of Zone #16
be reduced from two-hours to one hour; and
WHEREAS, notices were posted pursuant to BMC 21.08.060 and no requests
for public hearing have been filed;
A one-hour parking time limitation is established for residential parking
Zone #16.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 6th day of
May, 1987.
