A RESOLUTION designating a residential parking
permit area (Zone #9).
WHEREAS a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated Zone ~9 has been filed with the City; and
WHEREAS the City Engineer has recommended that Zone #9 be
designated as a residential parking permit area in accordance
with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance
No. 3465; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
The following zone be designated as a residential parking
permit area: 1 block of Anoka Avenue, Burwell Street to Gregory
Way known as Zone #9; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in Zone #9 a two (2) hour
parking time limitation be established.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
1st day of July, 1987.
