A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF
HOLLY TERRACE WTEST.
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 58.17 the Bremerton City
Council granted preliminary plat approval to Holly Terrace West
on June-13, 1984, subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Council finds that the
proposed subdivision is in conformance with all of the conditions
of the preliminary plat approval, requirements of RCW 58.17, and
applicable zoning and other land use control; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
That the final plat of Holly Terrace West, subject to
restriction to single family residential use, shall be approved
for filing.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
5th day of August, 1987.
