RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED STREET
VACATION PETITIONED BY CHARLES HAZELWOOD TO VACATE A PORTION
OF THE 3800 BLOCK OF KITSAP WAY, BREMERTON, KITSAP COUNTY,
WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35.79, Charles Hazelwood has filed
a petition with the City Clerk to vacate a portion of Kitsap Way;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning .Commission held a public hearing
concerning this matter of November 17, 1987; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35.79, the City Council shall fix a
time when the petition will be heard and determined by the City
Council, which time shall not be more than sixty days-nor less
than twenty days after the date of the passage of such
resolution; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
That a public hearing will be held on December 16, 1987 to
hear the street vacation petition of Charles Hazelwood.
