A RESOLUTION canceling certain City warrants.
WHEREAS, the City is required by RCW 39.56.040 to cancel
by resolution of the governing body warrants not presented for payment
within one year of the date of their issue; and
WHEREAS, there currently exist certain warrants totaling
$ 389.67 which remain outstanding in excess of one year; and
WHEREAS, these warrants are detailed in the attached
Schedule A which is incorporated herein by this reference; now,
there fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BRMMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
That the outstanding warrants totaling $ 389.67
detailed in Schedule A attached are hereby cancelled.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
30th day of December, 1987.
