A RESOLUTION to increase the benefits of retired
employees as authorized by Ordinance No. 3411.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3411 was enacted to allow
increases to former City employees retired under the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1572, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the cost of living continues to increase; now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL
That effective March 1, 1988, all personnel retired 'under
the provisions of Ordinance No. 1572, as amended, shall receive a
ten percent (10%) increase in their monthly benefits.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 17th day
of February, 1988.
