A resolution of the City Council of Bremerton,
Washington designating Seattle First National
Bank as an agent of the City of Bremerton for
the safekeeping of securities.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is desirous of entering
into a safekeeping agreement in order to provide for the security of its
investments, and
WHEREAS, a certification of corporate authority is a
necessary precondition of entering into said agreement, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
THAT Seattle First National Bank be and hereby is designated
an agent of the City of Bremerton for the safekeeping of securities. That
instructions to the agent shall be given by the officers named on the
attached agreement, or their successors.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
17 day of February, 1988.
