A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 1964 AND DESIG-
NATING RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT (OLD ZONE 37)
ZONE 20 AS A TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE.
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least two-thirds of
the residents of designated Zone #20 has been filed with the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended the time
limitation of Zone #20 be reduced from four-hours to two-hours;
and
WHEREAS, notices were posted pursuant to BMC 21.08.060
and no requests for public hearing have been filed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A two-hour parking time limitation is established for
residential parking Zone #20 (old zone #37).
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
this 30 day of March, 1988.
