A RESOLUTION setting a public hearing for vacation
of a portion of Blaine Street and adjacent rights-of-way.
WHERMAS, Beatrice Stevenson, Bremerton, Washington, has
presented a petition for vacation of right-of-way on real
property described as follows:
The N 1/2 of Blaine Street abutting Lots 1-5, and
unnamed street adjacent to Lot 1, all in Block 8,
Plat of National City, recorded in Volume 2 page 33
of Plats, Kitsap County, Washington.
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the
issue of whether said vacation should be granted; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation requested
by Beatrice Stevenson for the above-described real property shall
be held on Wednesday, May 4, 1988, at 6:30 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Council this 13th day of April, 1988.
