A Resolution approving Final Plat of East 'Towne Center
WHEREAS, Clare's Marsh Associates, proponents for the
proposed subdivision, comprising 9.7 acres and located adjacent
and west of Wheaton Way, S.R. 303 and approximately 300 to 1300
feet south of Riddell Road within the City of Bremerton, has made
application for Final Plat approval of a preliminary plat
containing five lots; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing concerning
this matter on May 15, 1987 and May 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat
subject to three conditions set forth in Resolution No. 2168 and
requesting that the final platting be accompanied with a legal
description approved by the Engineering Department, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
That the East Towne Center plat presented for approval and
filing, is hereby accepted, approved, and ordered filed-
Property in the City limits of Bremerton included in this plat,
is described as follows:
Lot 1 of City of Bremerton Short Plat recorded in Vol. 1 of Short
Plats, Page 4, under Kitsap County Auditor's File No. 8605070145,
being a portion of the northeast Quarter of Section 2, T 24 N,
R1E, W.M. Situate in the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington together with that portion of Lot 3 of City of
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence along the
south lot line' of said parcel, S 86° 10' 01" E 245.00 feet;
Thence N 03° 49' 59" E - 0.65 feet; Thence N 86° 10' 01" W -
245.00 feet to the west lot line of - said Lot 3; Thence along
said west lot line, S 03° 49' 50" W - 0.65 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Also Lot 4 of City of Bremerton Short Plat recorded in Vol. 1 of
Short Plats, Page 4, under Kitsap County Auditor's File No.
8605070145. Being a portion of the northeast Quarter of Section
2,-T 24 N; R1E, W.M. in the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington;
Except that portion described as follows: Beginning at the
southwest corner of said Lot 4; Thence along the south line of
Lot 4, S 86° 10' 01" E - 211.48 feet; Thence N 03° 49' 59" E -
0.74 feet; Thence N 86° 10' 01" W - 211.48 feet to the west lot
line of said Lot 4; Thence along said west log line S 03° 49' 59"
W - 0.74 feet to the Point of Beginning-
