A RESOLUTION designating a residential parking pernit
area (Zone 9 )
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents of
designated zone 9' has been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that zone 9 be de-
signated as a residential parking permit area in accordance with procedures
established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking permit
area:
Zone: 9
800 block of Chester Avenue
east.side of street only
between 8th and 9th streets
FURTHER, that in zone 9, a 2-hour parking time limitation
be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, this 1st
day of June , 1988.
