A RESOLUTION setting a hearing date for vacation
of a portion of Magnuson Court.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
A public hearing will be held on November 9, 1988, at
6:30 p.m. at Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington, to take public comments regarding the vacation of the
following street right-of-way:
Northern 95 feet of Magnuson Court that is north
of Magnuson Way, one lot depth north of Magnuson Way,
one block west of the Magnuson Way and Fir Avenue
intersection.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
19th day of October, 1988.
