A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #2118 AND DESIG-
NATING RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT (OLD ZONE 59)
ZONE 10 AS A 1 HOUR PARKING ZONE.
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least two-thirds of
the residents of designated Zone #10 has been filed with the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended the time
limitation of Zone #10 be reduced from 2 -hours to 1 -hours;
and
WHEREAS, notices were posted pursuant to BMC 21.08.060
and no requests for public hearing have been filed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
A one-hour parking time limitation is established for
residential parking Zone
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
this 26 day of October, 1988.
