A RESOLUTION designating a residential parking
permit area (Zone #9 )
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated zone #9 has been filed with the City,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that zone
#9 be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance #3437 and
Ordinance #3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area: .
ZONE: #9
9th Street, south side only,
between Warren and Broadway
FURTHER, that in zone #9, a two (2) hour parking
time limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
this 2 nd day of November, 1988 .
