A RESOLUTION fixing the charges to the public for
document reproduction.
WHEREAS, Resolution #2177 passed by the Bremerton City
Council on August 19, 1987, does not allow lower costs for
documents produced in large numbers for distribution; and
WHEREAS, certain publications should be distributed free or
below cost to advance a department program; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL that Resolution
#2177 is repealed;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the charge by all
departments of the City to the public for record reproduction
shall be as follows:
1. Document:
(a) 25¢ for the first page and 10¢ for each
additional page of a multi page document.
(b) Charges for pre-copied or printed documents
may be waived or set to reflect public
benefit°of below cost distribution; or
established at the actual cost of reproduction
not to exceed (a) above.
(c) $1.00 for certification.
