Pertaining to fees for Temporary/Special Use Signs
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Council wishes to encourage the
legal placement of temporary/special use signs; and
WHEREAS, A permit fee which accomplishes full recovery of the
City's costs involved in the processing of temporary/special use
sign permits would create a hardship for the residents of the City
of Bremerton;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Bremerton City Council
does hereby resolve that there shall be no sign permit fee for
temporary/special use signs; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that temporary/special use signs
requiring a building permit shall pay the building permit fee
according to the adopted fee schedule.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 9th
day of August, 1989.
