RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE FOR THE
VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE NORTH
FEET OF COONTZ STREET JUST WEST OF
LAFAYETTE AVENUE.
A public hearing will be held on October 25, 1989 at
6:00 p.m. i'or later) at the Bremerton City Hall, 239 Fourth
Street, Bremerton, Washington to take public comment or
objections to the Vacation of the following right-of-way:
The north 6.5 feet of Coontz Street adjoining
the following described property: the north
15 feet of lot 19 and all of lot 18, Block1,
original plat of Charleston, according to plot
recorded in Volume 2 of plats, page 17, records
of Kitsap County of Washington.
PASSED by City Council of the City of Bremerton
