A RESOLUTION establishing a fee structure for the
collecting of user fees for the Athletic Sports fund
within the Parks and Recreation Department
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton, Washington (hereinafter
called the "City") now owns certain real property upon which the
City utilizes as parks and wishes to provide said parks for the
use and enjoyment of athletic and sports purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City has established an Athletic Sports Fund
under Ordinance No. 4180 for the purpose for the acquisition of
equipment and capita/ improvements and general administration of
the parks for said use; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to provide financial resources
for the Athletic Sports fund by the setting forth of user fees;
now, therefore
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
That an Athletic Sports Fund fee structure be established
and that the structure, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by this reference, is approved and shall take
effect on March 1st, 1989.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this 1st
day of March, 1989.
