A RESOLUTION fixing the charges to the public for dog
and cat impound and kennel fees.
WHEREAS, Title 7 of the Bremerton Municipal Code provides for
impoundment of dogs and cats under certain conditions and the
imposition of impound fees and kennel fees for the holding of said
dogs and cats; now,,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL:
1. The following fee shall be charged for each impoundment
of dogs or cats
1st impoundment $ 25.00
2nd impoundment within six months $ 40.00
3rd impoundment, or subsequent,
within six months $ 75.00
2. The following fee shall be charged for kennel fees, per
dog or cat impounded, and shall be imposed for each day or portion
of a day impounded. $ 7.00

17th day of May, 1989.
