A RESOLUTION designating a residential parking
permit area (Zone # 28 ).
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated zone # 28 has been filed with the City,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that zone
# be deesignated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance #3437 and
Ordinance #3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking
permit area:
MONTGOMERY/FIRST TO RARRAGUT AND FIRST, COONTZ,
RODGERS/CALLOW TO MONTGOMERY
ZONE: #28
FURTHER, that in zone # 28 , a two (2) hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
this 31st day of May, 1989.
