general eirc~ation, posting the prsperty and se~-~ notice of the
hearing to pe~ within 2~0 feet of subject property; and

pe~sc~s at the heaa~A~g, The City Coumeil of the City of Ba~rt~ hereby
finds that the beae~te to be derived fr~ the ~vele~t are for the
~t of the publA~ in general~ a~d that therefere~ the petit for
co.traction should be app~ved.
