BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the tima and piace of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at Ieast five times in the officiaI newspaper, the iast
pubiication o? which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shaiI further, give notice of said hearing by maliing a notice at
ieast I5 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roli, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax roils of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roi1 shall do so by
filin9 written objections with fha ~it¥ Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
