completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District ~o._~.~..~ ,
p~ovidin9 foz the assessments for said improvements has been filed eith the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVEO that thursday ~, the 16tl~. day of Deq~ber ,
19~, at 8:00 $.M., P~S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, GitV
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to 9ire notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall ~e at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing by mailing a no,ice at
least 15 days p~iOr to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon ~aid assessment roll, at the
address of such owners es shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasure~.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll ~t~a3]. do so bV
filing written objections with the City Clerk on o~ p~ior to the date set fo~
hearing.
