and the doing of anV and all other work in connection therewith, bas been
completed and tBe assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. ~o~
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
Citv Clerk of the CitV of Bremerton,
SOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thurs~_v ~_ ~, the ~ dav of F~Bruary,
19.~'?1..., at 7:30 ~M., P.~.S.T., of s~td d~v, st the Council Chamber~, flit
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is herebv fixed as the ~ime
and place of the hearing upon said roll ~nd,
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVEO, that the City Clerk be and he is herebv direbted and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing bV publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen davs prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing bV mailing a notice at
least 15 davs prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the CountV Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll ot~]], do so bV
filing written objections with the Cit¥.CIerk on or prior to the date set fur
hearing.
