of that alley described es follows: (That portion of the alley adjacent to:)
All of Lot I thru l0 and W. 2N' of Lot ll, and
W. 2~' of Lot ~0 and all of Lots ~l thru 50,
Block 15, Plat of the City of Bremerton.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 233q requires that a hearing on
petition to vacate portions of City property shall be held by the
City Council on a date set bv the City Council of the Gitv of Bremerton,
not more than sixty days (60) nor less than twenty days (20> after
the date of adoption of said resolution;
NGW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8¥ THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the C~tV of Bremerton shall hold a
hearing on th~ resolution to vacate the above-described property and
that sai~ hearing shall be held before the GitV Council of the City
of Breme~ton~n the ~ day of February, 1971, at lO:O0 o'clock
at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, B~emerto~, Washington; and
it is further
RESOLVED by the City Qouncil of the City of 8remerton that the
OftV Clerk shall post no,ica for twenty (20) days of the filing and
hearing of said petition to vacate, said notice to be posted on the
above described property and in thre~ (3) conspicuous public placa~.
PASSED bv the City Council of the Gitv of 8remerton, signed bv
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this ,/~ day of Oanuary, 1971.
