A RESOLUTION of the City of Bremerton approving
the assignment of the CATV franchise previously
granted by Ordinance No. 2660.
WHEREAS, Section 18 of Ordinance ~o. 2660 requires written
permission of the City of Bremerton before any assignment of
franchise can be effective; and
WHEREAS, a transfer of ownership interest has become effective
between Telecable of Bremerton Incorporated to Total Telecable,
Incorporated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, that the CATV franchise previously granted
by Ordinance No. 2660, may be assigned, with all rights and
privileges contained therein, from Telecable of Bremerton,
Incorporated to Total Telecable, Incorporated, and that a
further assignment of the franchise may be made to Nationwide
Cablevision, Incorporated.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such adoption this ~O day of December, 1970.
