WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to vacate that alley
described as follows;
That section of alley lying between the following:
The South 1/2 of Lots 17 and 22, all of Lots 16 and
23, 15 and 24, 14 and 25 and the North 21.6 feet of
Lots 13 and 26, Block 1, Dietz addition to the Town
of Bremerton, according to plat recorded in Volume
2 of Plats, Page 57, in Kitsap County, Washington.
Abutting the South 1/2 of Lots 17 and 22, all of
Lots 16 and 23, 15 and 24, 14 and 25 and the North
21.6 feet of Lots 13 and 26, Block 1, Dietz addition
to the Town of Bremerton.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2334 requires that a hearing on
petition to vacate portions of City property shall be held by the City
Council on a date set by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
not more than sixty days (60) nor less than twenty days (20) after the
date of adoption of said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall hold a
hearing on the resolution to vacate the above-described property and
that said hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of
Bremerton on the 28th day of October, 1970, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. at
the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Bremerton, Washington; and it
is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that
the City Clerk shall post notice for twenty (20) days of the filing
and hearing of said petition to vacate, said notice to be posted on the
above described property and in three (3) conspicuous public places.
PASSED by the City Council of the-City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
