A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 1454 add
changing applicable interest rate.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE~CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the second pama~aph following the preamble of
Resolution No. 1454 is hereby amended to read as follows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That such purchase be made in the
form of cash in the amount of $10,000.00 as. a down payment and the
remaining principal sum be paid according to the terms of a Real
Estate Contract to be entered into by the City of Bremerton and the
United States Government acting through its General Services
'Administration providing for a pay-off term of 20 years and interest
on the declining principal balance in the amount of seven and three-
fourths percent ( 7 3/4% ).
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton this
/~--~day of ~E/~/'/-~-/'~~1970, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such adoption.
