Hall, Br~erton, ~shin~ton, be end the s~e ts hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing ~on said roll end~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLUED, that the City Clerk be and ha is hereby directed and
autherizsd to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by. publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of ~hich shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to or reputed o~ners of the
different properties ~hol )m~ u~cn said assessment roll, at the
address of such o~ners aa ~ ~ ~ tax ~lls of the County T~asurer.
