Bremerton since 1945, did, by his own civic devotion and personal
integrity, bring great credit upon this City'and its citizens, and
did contribute materially to the quality of life within our commu-
nity; ARd
WHEREAS, by his scholarship~ wit and warmth~ he brought'our
citizens closer together and created the sounds of laughter and
feeling of fellowship wherever he went½
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton does join
with the many citizens of our community to mourn the passing of J.
Harvey Leach and to extend the City's sincePest condolences to the
members of his family.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
adoption this ./~' day of Ju.ly, 1970.
