petition to vacate portions of City property shall be held by the
City Council on a date set by the City Council of the City of
P, re~nerton~ not r~ore than sixty days (60) nor less than twenty days
(20) after' the date of adoption of said resolution,
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE !T RESOI,VED BY T}.IE CITY OF B~EMENTON:
That the City Council. of the City of Bremerton shall ho16] a
hearing on the resolution to vacate the above descr~.be{~ property and
that sai~ hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City
of Brer~erton on the ~ day of , 1970, at
o~clock A.M. at the Council Cha~bers in the City Hall, ~Pemerton,
~.L~shington; and it is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that
the City Clerk shall post notice for twenty (20) days of the filing
and hearinE of sai~] petition to vacate, said notice to be posted on
the above described property and in three (3) conspicuous public
places.
