A RESOLUTION changing the pay status of professional
employees within the City Attorney~ Office and
correcting budgetary items specifying salary of
professional employees.
WHEREAS, the 1970 City of Bremerton Budget has itemized
within the Clty Attorney's Office and provided for the employment
of two attorneys as Assistant City Attorneys at a salary of $505.00
per month per employee} and
WHEREAS, the correct salary should reflect the sum of
$600.00 per month for one employee and ~575.00 per month for the
second employee for the pay periods commencing ~pril 16th, 1970,
through December 31st, 1970~ now, therefore,
BN IT HEREBY RESOI,VED BY TNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the budgetary items in the C~ty ~ttorney's Office
relating to salaries for Assistant City Attorneys be corrected to
provide for a salary in the amount of $600.00 per month for one
employee and a salary of $575.00' per month for the second employee
for the pay periods commencing April 16th, 1970, through December 31st,
1970.
ADOPTED by the C_ity Council of the City of Bremerton this
_ /~%~ day of April, 1970, signed by the P,~ayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such adoption.
