and the doing of any and all Other "~~connection therewith, has been
compieted and the assessment ~oli for Locai Improvement District ~o. ~02
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed ~ith the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOB THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that Thursday_ , the ~ day of ~,
19~, at ~~ .M., P.~.S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Hali, 8remerton, ~ashington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and piece of the hearing upon said roi1 and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is herebv directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and piece of said hearing by pubiishing
notice of hearing at ieast five times in the officiai newspaper, the last
pubiication of which shalI be at Ieast fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shai1 further, give notice of said hearing by maiIing a notice at
ieast i5 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roi1, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasu=er.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessmen$ ~oll shall do so bV
fiiing ~=itten objections with the City Clerk on or prier to the date set fu~
hearing.
