the construction of sani~a~., sewer
and the doing of any and all-°t~r work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roII for Local Improvement District No. ~ ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been flied with the
City Cierk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Thursday , the I~b day of A~ ,
1970_, at ?:..DO p.M., P.~.S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO. that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and piece of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the officiai newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, 9ire notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll sha]l d~ so bv
filing written objections with the City Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
