directing the City Clerk and Mayor to sign, on behalf of the City, an
agreement between the State of ~ashington, Economic Assistance Authority
and the City of Bremerton, Washington for aid in financing the cost of
public facilities consisting of construction of a one (1) million gallon
water reservoir and associated pipeline for the Kitsap Lake Area.
The City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington, DO HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOwerS:
THAT the City Clerk and Mayor of the City of Bremerton, ~ashington, be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign, on behalf of the
City, an Agreement between the State of Washington, Economic Assistance
Authority and the City of Bremerton, Washington for aid in financing the cost
of public facilities consisting of construction of a one (1) million gallon
water reservoir and associated pipeline; a copy of said Agreement to be
attached hereto, and made a part hereof as though set forth herein in full.
