County Road 2~0, by the construct{o~ of sa~'~tary sewers '
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 31~
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that W~dnesda~. , the ~th day of Septemhn~,
197~2, at 10:OO_ A.M., P.D.S.T., of said de¥, at the Council Chambers, CitV
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing bv publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the laet
publication of which shall be st least fifteen dave prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing bv mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
ad,tess of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the CountV Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assess.,en~ roll st,a33 do so by
filing written objections with the CitV Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
