WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1560 the City of Bremerton adopted
a Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six years, pursuant
to Chapter 195, Laws of 1961; and
NHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is convinced through further study
of said program, that it should be amended by adding thereto the
improvement of Kitsap Way from Weslon Place to Callow Avenue and of
llth Street from Kitsap Way to Park Avenue, Traffic Control and
Signalization, and Repairs and Improvements to City Streets; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton, the legislative
body of said City, held a public hearing on the proposed amendment
to said Comprehensive Plan at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton
at 10:00 A.M., October 3, 1973; and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written objections to the proposed
amendment to the said Comprehensive Plan; now therefore BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON;
That the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Resolution No. 1560 be
amended by adding thereto the improvement of Kitsap Way from Weslon
Place to Callow Avenue and of 11th Street from Kitsap Way to Park
Avenue, Traffic Control and Signalization and Repair and Improvements
to City Streets; and that said amendment together with said Com-
prehensive Plan by, and the same hereby are, adopted as the Street
Construction Program for the City of Bremerton for the six year period
ending December 31, 1979.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two copies of said amendment to said
Comprehensive Street Program, together with two copies of this
Resolution be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of
Washington.

PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 3rd day of October 1973.
