A RESOLUTION by the City Council of the City, of Bremerton approving
purchase of seven new transit coaches and certifying that one-third
matching money is set aside.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has entered into a contract for the
purchase of seven new transit coaches;
WHEREAS, the coaches are to be purchased with the assistance of
Urban Mass Transit Act 1964 as ended, under Grant Contract WA-03-0011; and
WHEREAS, the bid price including sales tax is $305,384.00; and
WHEREAS, the City of BPemerton is required to have matching money
set aside for one-third share; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Bremerton with
the concurrence of Urban Mass Transportation Administration has approved the
purchase of seven new transit coaches from Flxible Company for $305,384.00;
and the City of Bremerton has matching money set aside for one-third share.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of BPemerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
18th day of July, 1973.
