RESOLUTION NO. 1554
You will please take notice that the following is a copy of a special resolution regularly adopted
at a meeting of the Board of Directors of City Council of Bremerton,
Washington, a corporation· held February 28 , 19 73:
"BE IT RESOLVED, that the funds
of this corporation Clty of Bremerton be deposited with
PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK OF WASHINGTON in a checking account to be
established by and in the name of this corporation by the Commissioner of Finance
and or the City Treasurer ; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the follow-
ing designated persons of the Corporation be and are hereby authorized to
withdraw funds from said account by checks or drafts signed in the name of this
Corporation by the required number of persons as follows:
One (1)
1- Austin M. Clark Commissioner of Finance (title)
2. G. W. Gallagher, Jr. City Treasurer (title)
3. (title)
4. (title)
5. (title)
6. (title)
7. (title)
8. (title)
and, that a certified copy of this resolution with specimens of the signatures of said persons shall be
delivered to the bank, and shall be conclusive evidence of the authority hereby granted until written
notice of its recission is received by the bank.
I, the undersigned/City Clerk of said City of Bremerton
a corporation, do hereby certify that the above is a true, full, and correct copy of the resolution adopted
by the Board of Directors of said corporation on the date stated, relating to the deposit, handling and
withdrawal of funds of said corporation, as it appears in the records of said corporation in my office;
and, that the persons named above are the persons thereby authorized to withdraw funds of said cor-
poration from the account so established.
