WHEREAS, the improvements to the Alley between Veldee and I~coff
from 24th St. to 26th St. by lnstalf~tion et Asphalt sUrfacing and
~rk~(~kge struct~rg~ . ........................
and the doing of anv and all oth~r work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 306 ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
CitV Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that l~Vednesday the 2~st day of February
19 73, at 7:30 ~.M., P.~.S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same ia herebv fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
8E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Citv Clerk be and he ia herebv directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing bv publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing bv mailing a notice at
leaet 15 dave prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the CountV Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll shall do so bV
filing written objections with the CitV Clerk on or prior to the date set f~'
hearing.
