authorizing and directing the City Council and the
City CIerk to sign, on behalf of the City, an agree-
ment between the State of Washington, Washington
Traffic Safety Commission and the City of Bremerton,
Washington, for aiO in financing the cost of public
facilities consisting of the acquisition of additional
radar equipment to be used bv the Bremerton Police
Department.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREFiERTON, WASHINGTON, OOES HEREBY
RESbLVE AS FELLOWS:
That the City Council and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign,
on behalf of the wiry, an Agreement between the State of Washington,
Washington Traffic Safety Commission and the City of Bremerton,
Washington, for aid in financing the cost of public facilities
consisting of the acquisition of additional radar equipment to be
used by the Bremerton Po~ce Department. A copy of said Agreement
is attached hereto and mede a part hereof os though set forth herein
in full.

SUBJECT: Grant Application to tqSTSC from the
City of Bremerton, Washington
It is hereby requested that a resolution be drafted
authorizing the filing of a grant application to the
;Vashington State Traffic Safety Commission by the City of
Bremerton, Washington.
The purpose of the grant application shall be to request
Federal/State funding for acquisition of additional police
radar equipment.
