WHEREAS, the improvements to Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Fatlands Addition by
the construction of sanitary sewers
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 318
providing for the aasessments for said improvements has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday the 18th day of December
1974 , at 10:00 A.M., P.D.S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO, that the City Clerk be end he is hereby directed end
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown of the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll shall do so by
filing written objections with the Citv Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 20th day of November, 1974 .
