A RESOLUTION declaring certain property
in Bremerton Heights as surplus.
WHEREAS, certain property owned by the City of
Bremerton located in Kitsap County has been found to be
surplus to the reasonably forseeable needs of the City and
that the sale of said property is for the common benefit,
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved that the below named
property is declared surplus and may be sold by the City
of Bremerton:
Lots 37 through 42, Block 8, Bremerton Heights, as per
plat thereof recorded in Volume 3, Page 41, Plats of
Kitsap County, Washington. EXCEPT that portion deeded
to the State of Washington under Auditor's File No. 991123.
AND
Lots 10 through 15, Block 3, Bremerton Heights, as per
plat thereof recorded in Volume 3 at Page 41, Plats of
Kitsap County, Washington. EXCEPT that part of Lots
13, 14 and 15 described as follows: BEGINNING at the
southeast corner of said Lot 15; thence North along
the East line thereof 47.96 feet; thence North 89°06'21"
west to intersect the southerly line of said Lot 13;
thence southeasterly along the southeasterly line of
said lots 74.58 feet more or less to the point of
beginning
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such adoption this 16th day of October, 1974.
