WHEREAS, the improvements to the Alley rumning from Olympic Ave to Naval Ave
between 10th and 11th st., by grading and paving
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 317 ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, the 25th day of Septembe~
1974, ato I0:00 A.M., P.D.S.T., of said day, st the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at Ieast five times in the officiaI newspaper, the last
pubIication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further, give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon maid assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
AlI persons who may desire to object to said assessment roiI shall do so by
filing written objections with the City CIerk on or prior to the date set fbl.
