A RESOLUTION setting date of hearing for
the right-of-way vacation on that portion
of the Maple Ave. right-of-way which lies
North of the North margin of Hollis Street
upon petition of Pazooki and McMenamin.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton intends to hold
a hearing to consider the vacation of that right-of-way
described as follows:
A strip of land 60 feet in width which is that
portion of Maple Ave. in the North 115.00 feet
of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1,
Township 24 North, Range 1 East of the W.M.,
Kitsap County, lying North of the North right-
of-way line of Hollis Street, and abutting the
East line of a parcel of land described under
Auditor's Fee No. 1032453.
And
a hearing on petition to vacate portions of City property
shall be held by the City Council on a date set by the City
Council of the City of Bremerton, not more than sixty days
(60) nor less than twenty (20) days after the date of adoption
of said resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall
hold a hearing on the resolution to vacate the above-described
property and that said hearing shall be held before the City
Council of the City of Bremerton on the 28th day of August,
1974, at 10:00 A.M. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
Bremerton, Washington, and it is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the City Clerk shall post notice for twenty (20) days of
the filing and hearing of said petition to vacate, said notice

to be posted on the above described property and in three (3)
conspicuous public places.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 31ST day of July, 1974.
