WHEREAS, The City of Bremerton is applying for reimbursement
of a portion of the cost of waste treatment works which the City has
constructed, known as the Port Washington Narrows Sewer Project; and
WHEREAS, the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency requires
the City Council of the City of Bremerton to pass a resolution authori-
zing a representative, by name and title, to execute and file all
documents regarding the project and to make all necessary certifications;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, that G. C. Yeadon, Sr., City Clerk, is hereby authorized
to execute and file all documents regarding the project and to make
all necessary certifications.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Bremerton this
24TH day of July, 1974, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Cierk in authentication thereof.
