A RESOLUTION by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, authorizing the execution of an Offer of Con-
tractual Assistance of the Department of Transportation,
Urban Mass Transportation Administration.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has entered into a contract with
the Department of Transportation, Urban Mass Transportation Administration,
known as Project No. WA-03-O011; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has applied to UMTA for an increase
in the capital grant in the maximum amount of $22,364, which increases the
total grant to $278,134; and
WHEREAS UMTA has approved the amendatory application and has
reserved these additional funds for the project; and
WHEREAS, UMTA has forwarded to the City of Bremerton an Amendatory
Agreement under Project No. WA-03-0011, known as Amendment No. 1, to
the Urban Mass Transportation Capital Grant Contract; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that the Mayor and City Clerk be hereby authorized to sign the Amendatory
Agreement and affix the seal of the City of Bremerton thereto; and
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to forward three
copies of the executed Agreement and two certified copies of this resolution
to UMTA.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 26th day of June, 1974.
